Hospitality Photography & Film Packages
Each package includes pre-production planning, a property-specific visual approach, professional capture, post-production and final files prepared for both high-resolution and digital use.
Each package below provides a defined commercial scope, including production time, deliverables, turnaround, revisions and licensing.
Baseline Licensing
Package pricing includes a non-exclusive worldwide baseline license for one named property covering use of the delivered photography and films on the property’s website and direct-booking pages, organic social media, email and PR communications, standard OTA and booking listings, and property-owned print collateral. The Editorial Property Story includes a one-year baseline license; the Signature Hospitality Story and Cinematic Property Story include a three-year baseline license.
Paid or boosted advertising, paid print advertising, out-of-home placements, broadcast or streaming advertising, national or multi-property campaigns, corporate brand use beyond the named property, third-party commercial use, exclusivity and other expanded licensing are quoted separately.
License renewals, extended usage and expanded media rights are quoted separately.
Package licensing permits the property to publish the work through its own authorized channels. Posting, collaborator content or audience distribution through my own social channels is not included in photography and film production pricing and is available as a separate optional service.
Custom Projects
Need a different scope? Custom proposals are available for photography-only, motion-focused, seasonal, multi-day or otherwise tailored productions.
Accessibility-aware guest-experience storytelling, informed by occupational therapy, is available as an optional project upgrade.
Final pricing is based on property size, number of spaces, production scope, creative requirements and intended usage. Based in Dallas–Fort Worth and available for commissioned projects across the U.S. and internationally. Travel, accommodation, local transportation, permits and any required additional production days are quoted separately and confirmed in advance. Talent, styling, props, assistants and other third-party production expenses are additional when required.
Editorial Property Story
Starting at $2,950
A focused editorial production for boutique hotels and distinctive properties seeking a refined collection of still and motion assets.
Includes

• 1 cinematic vertical film, 20–30 seconds
• Pre-production planning and a property-specific shot plan
• Up to 4 hours of coordinated photography and motion production on property
• Professional film editing and color grading

• 10-business-day standard turnaround
• One-year baseline licensing for one property
Signature Hospitality Story
Starting at $4,500
A more complete visual narrative designed to capture the property, atmosphere, details, amenities and guest experience across still photography and cinematic motion.
Includes
• 30 fully edited photographs, delivered in high-resolution and web-ready formats
• 2 cinematic vertical films, 20–40 seconds each
• Pre-production planning and a property-specific shot plan
• Up to 7 hours of coordinated photography and motion production on property
• Professional film editing and color grading
• One round of reasonable revisions across the included films
• 12-business-day standard turnaround
• Three-year baseline licensing for one property

Cinematic Property Story
Starting at $7,000
An expanded two-day production for properties requiring a deeper visual library, multiple experiences and coverage across changing light and atmosphere.
Includes
• 45 fully edited photographs, delivered in high-resolution and web-ready formats
• 3 cinematic vertical films, 20–45 seconds each
• Pre-production planning and a property-specific shot plan
• Up to 12 production hours across two days
• Professional film editing and color grading
• One round of reasonable revisions across the included films
• 14-business-day standard turnaround
• Three-year baseline licensing for one property
